Fairly brief and easy intro to CSS and HTML, honestly I would start with this one before any of the other resoruces. It'll give you a good, beginner-friendly overview of some of the important basics, which is really helpful to have when you're trying to learn more complicated code later on.
This resource has a lot of really good templates and specifics for more niche web design stuff that might be harder to find on places like Github that are more focused on "professional" web development. It's a really helpful resource for personal websites in particular :)

Really really helpful step-by-step walkthroughs of pretty much every semantic HTML and CSS concept, if you're struggling with something, just look it up in here and it should get you a long ways toward understanding the concept better!
